Most accommodations have a small library, and are grateful for books being left. There is an ‘English Library’ in Kyrenia behind the post office. This is open on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. On Saturday morning there is also a stall for Cancer Charity Trust.

NEWSPAPERS/MAGAZINES

Most English newspapers are on sale at the hotels and in the major supermarkets. Printed in Greece and Turkey they normally arrive one date after being printed.

‘Cyprus Today’ is published every Saturday and available from most receptions and restaurants. A lively weekly newspaper which will inform you of any special events happening whilst you are here.
